van wed Holders f.6

In her will of 1730 she stated that since her two sons lacked the
ability to manage their inheritance, she named the heemraad
Jan Nel as guardian and controller of their inheritances.

on the Duivenhoksrvier, Swellendam 17
and filed 7 November 1772

Notes: His will stated that he had no-one to whom
he owed any testamentary obligation and he left all he
owned to Andries Goutsch. The will was signed on the
farm of the latter, on the Duijvenhoksrivier, which was
presumably where Jan Malmer lived and worked.
