Pleunis Joosten
tinsmith (between 1587 and 1618) 1
of the Market Square, Delft 2
born Rotterdam 3
died June 1618, Delft 4
buried 26 June 1618, Oude Kerk, Delft 5 | Notes: | This is a conjectural reconstruction of this family using the Delft church and municipal registers.
Pleunis Joosten and Gerrit Pleunisz. Fijck were both 'tinnegieters' and both lived on the Marktveld, Delft, as also did Arieaentge Pleunis at the time of her marriage to Dirck Tonisz. van der Piet.
Gerrit Pleunisz. and his wife, Aeffken Ariens, were two of the wit- nesses at the baptism of Engeltje, the first child of Ariaentge Pleunis and Dirck Thonisz. van der Piet at the Nieuwe Kerk, Delft, 6th December 1620.
And on 12th April 1632, Aeffge Ariens and her second husband, Dirck van der Mast, were witnesses at the baptism of the same couple's son Gerrit, no doubt named after Ariaentge's brother, Gerrit, the first husband of Aeffge Ariens van den Berg. |
