James Parlett Saddleton silversmith and watchmaker (1830) of 9 High Street, Lynn councillor, middle ward, Lynn (1844) born 2 July 1775, Lynn, Norfolk baptized 26 September 1775, St. Margarets, Lynn died 26 July 1854 buried 29 July 1854, West Acre Notes: He was a member of the town council having been elected for the Middle Ward in 1835 in the first election after the reform act and continued one of its representatives until 1845 when he was raised to the Aldermanic Bench.
