Josijna Willems Tol
died 1666
buried 12 November 1666, Nieuwe Kerk, Delft 1 | Notes: | When she made her will in 1655 she was described as not very well and was presumably still recovering from the birth and deatth of her only child.
In her will dated 1661 she mentions her sisters, Eefje Willemsdr. Toll and Arijaentge Willemsdr. Toll. In her will of 1663 she mentions, among others, Heiltge van Noijen, widow of Josina's brother Jacob van Tol, and Willem Jacobs van Tol, the little son of her late cousin Jacob Alewijnsz van Tol, at whose baptism she and her husband, Jan Aijton, were witnesses and to whom she left 100 guilders..
And to Arijaentgen Heussen, little daughter of her late sister Arijaentgen Willemsdr. van Tol and Ds. Nicolaes Heussenius, a 'kooltuin' (cabbage garden) outside the eastgate of Delft.
From her various bequests she would seem to have been fairly well off. |
